For one of its latest nailcare items, leading American brand Sally Hansen called on Topline Products for a full-service order. On one end of the pack is a gel made of fine quartz grains (6.8ml), with a clear silicone spatula designed for easy application. The aim is to exfoliate and hydrate the cuticles thanks to the 18-carat gold enriched formula. A valve lowers as the cap is twisted, creating an on-off function, and guaranteeing a totally impermeable pack. The cap is topped with a white TPE beveled tip that is slightly flexible and covered with tiny barbs, to exfoliate and gently push back the cuticles. The cap is made of metallized gold PP. Manufactured in China by Topline Products, the product is filled at the company’s site in Reynosa, Mexico, which offers an automated line dedicated to nail pens. The French formula is made by the client.
